Food for the Journey is a monthly lunchtime speaker series featuring presenters from throughout the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. It is designed to help us live out our Catholic faith in our daily lives. This program is held on the first Tuesday of each month at Ellendale Country Club, 3319 Highway 311, Schriever, LA. $15 per meal (includes meal, drink & tip). RSVP by the THURSDAY prior to the event to assure an accurate count by calling 985-850-3178 or email [email protected]. Be prepared to give us your name, phone number and the names of each person in your party.

A meal plan is emailed to all volunteers prior to the upcoming weekend and participants volunteer to cook one of various dishes, or bring bread, dessert, etc. The group meets and prepares the go-plates, adding various prayer cards or small gifts to deliver along with the meals in a nicely decorated bag!
