1st Year Candidates: If your child is interested in receiving the sacrament of Confirmation, he/she is at least in the 10th grade and your family is registered as parishioners of the Cathedral of St. Francis de Sales then…It’s time to register for CONFIRMATION! A registration packet must be completed in full (either pick one up at the doors of the church, download from this site (see below) or send an email to carolineluke@live.com). Registration fees, the retreat permission form and a copy of the candidate’s Baptism certificate must accompany the registration form. Registration information is due at our first Confirmation session on September 25, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the St. Francis Youth Center. Contact Caroline Luke at carolineluke@live.com for more info.

2nd Year Candidates: 2nd year Confirmation candidates will be receiving registration forms in the mail soon. They will also be sent via email. If you do not receive this form, contact Caroline ASAP. Registration form, retreat permission form and fees are due at our first Confirmation session on August 28, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the St. Francis Youth Center.
