Forms for NEW STUDENTS for the 2011-2012 CCD school year can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.  Forms can also be found at the doors of the church or at the rectory. Registration fee is $20.00. Forms should be turned in by August 5th. After this date there will be a $10 late fee.

Forms have been mailed to all returning CCD students.

The opening class will begin with a Mass at 5:30 on Monday, August 15th.
